A postal carrier in suburban Philadelphia told James O'Keefe's Project Veritas his supervisor instructed him to deliver only mail for Joe Biden's campaign.
The unidentified whistleblower said the instructions were given to about 30 postal workers in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, by supervisor Walter Lee.
Lee, the whistleblower said, ordered: "The only political mail that will be delivered from now on will be that of the ‘winner,’ in this case, Joe Biden. Other political mail from other sources and senders would be put into the undeliverable bulk business mail bin."
Project Veritas said Thursday it's the third Pennsylvania USPS insider to "blow the whistle on election malfeasance in the last week."
"There is something going on with USPS and we must get to the bottom of it immediately," O'Keefe said.

The whistleblower said he was told, "All political mail for Biden was to be continued to be treated as first-class and delivered the day it was received."
Other political mail, he said, "goes back to the plant, but undeliverable bulk business mail is essentially a step away from the garbage."
The whistleblower, who is willing testify under oath, said "pretty much" everyone in the office heard the instructions.
"Basically, the only thing that's going to prevent a fraudulent election is people having the courage to come forward. I wouldn't want to say that I had the opportunity to do that and didn't do it," he said.
Another USPS whistleblower, Richard Hopkins, told Project Veritas last Thursday that Postmaster Rob Weisenbach in Erie, Pennsylvania, ordered the backdating of ballots to Nov. 3 so that late ballots would be accepted.
In a recording released Tuesday night, Russell Strasser, an agent of the USPS Office of Inspector General, says to Hopkins, "I am trying to twist you a little bit."
"We have senators involved. We have the Department of Justice involved," Strasser says.
Hopkins interjects that he also has been in contact with President Trump's lawyers.
"I am not — I am actually," Strasser continues, "I am trying to twist you a little bit because in that, believe it or not, your mind will kick in.
"We like to control our mind," says Strasser. "And when we do that, we can convince ourselves of a memory. But when you’re under a little bit of stress, which is what I’m doing to you purposely, your mind can be a little bit clearer. And we’re going to do a different exercise too, to make your mind a little bit clearer. So, this is all on purpose."
"The recordings are explosive evidence of retaliation, 'scaring' him," O'Keefe wrote on Twitter. "Whistleblower has received a letter putting him on suspension without pay."
Project Veritas also released a video Tuesday in which Hopkins declares he did not recant.
