(CNS NEWS) – In an effort dubbed “Joints for Jabs,” Washington state is offering free marijuana “joints” for anyone 21 and older who gets vaccinated against the coronavirus.
The Liquor and Cannabis Board said it will let state-licensed cannabis retailers “provide one joint to adult consumers who receive COVID-19 vaccination at an in-store vaccination clinic,” the USA Today reports.
Cannabis retail licensees contacted the board offering to help promote the vaccination effort.
