Rogue robotic shelves trap Amazon warehouse employee in a maze

(RED RIGHT TIMES) – An Amazon employee shared a TikTok video of himself getting trapped by the company's robotic shelves, which move packages around the warehouse for optimized storage and delivery.

Unfortunately, Asimov's laws of robotics might not be a thing Jeff Bezos decided to employ his robotic force with, especially if they weren't designed to interact with humans entering the warehouse.

The worker describes that he had already been trapped for 15 minutes as he was making his way back to a customer whose package he was trying to recover. The TikTok clip gained massive media attention and popularity on the platform itself, with most commenters wondering what he was doing on the floor, to begin with, while others were amazed at the advanced technology that practically runs the warehouse.
