(CHRISTIAN HEADLINES) – The story of Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty fame will soon be released as a feature film called The Blind. The movie, slated for release on Sept. 28, will detail "the true story of the Robertson family," Faithwire reports.
Robertson has been open about his journey to Christianity and his struggle with alcoholism and adultery before finding Jesus.

"I'm embarrassed by my past on one side, but on the other, I'm unashamed because my rotten sins have been bought and paid for by blood," Phil told CBN's Faithwire in a statement. "If The Blind brings one person to know the power of the blood of Jesus, it was worth it.'"
