A man trying for a degree in feminist studies at California-Santa Cruz has boasted online od an underground pipeline that would deliver transgender chemicals to children – a strategy that appears to break a number of laws.

The Daily Wire cited the online statements, uncovered by Libs of TikTok, by Eli Erlick, a man who identifies as a woman.

But the report said it's anything but clear whether there will be any repercussions.

Erlick took recently to Instagram to talk about "working with a distribution network" that would provide children with "cross-sex hormones."

Erlick founded a group called Trans Student Educational Resources, and stood accused after his boast of "admitting to orchestrating a criminal conspiracy to distribute pharmaceuticals to minors, potentially stretching back to last year and even internationally," the report explained.

He bragged he could ship "anywhere" in North America.

Explained the Daily Wire, "It’s difficult to tally up just how many federal and state laws Erlick’s proposal would break. Under federal law, mailing prescription drugs is illegal and carries serious criminal charges. Unless the sender and receiver are registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) it is unlawful for someone to mail prescription drugs, even if the sender or recipient has a prescription for them."

And, the report explained, Erlick lives in New York, where giving prescription drugs to another person is considered the "sale" of a controlled substance and is a felony.

Children who somehow get the chemicals also could be charged with unlawful possession and more.

The Drug Enforcement Agency has confirmed several dozen cases drug trafficking on social media in recent months.

In a now-deleted video, Erlick said, "So yeah, I know it’s illegal."

He also apparently violated Instagram rules, which say users must "follow the law" and bans "buying or selling non-medical or pharmaceutical drugs."

The scheme could create a backlash, said Dr. Michael K. Laidlaw, a specialist in endocrinology.

"Without question this is dangerous for multiple reasons. First, using opposite sex hormones and puberty blockers are harmful to the body and affect brain development, skeletal development, and cause increased cardiovascular and cancer risks among other problems."

He also cited the possibility of contaminated drugs.
