Amid a surging number of allegations about vote tampering, vote fraud, vote manipulation and more in the 2020 presidential election, almost all having to do with votes added after Election Day ended, the Department of Justice now has confirmed it has gotten a formal complaint and it is investigating.
Fox News reported that lawyers for the Nevada Republican Party had sent the referral to Attorney General William Barr, describing evidence of 3,062 instances of vote fraud.
Fox reported the DOJ confirmed receipt of the complaint and its plan to investigate.
"We expect that number to grow substantially," the Nevada GOP said on social media. "Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV."
Fox reported according to details from a lawyer for Donald Trump for President Inc. names of voters were cross-referenced with the National Change of Address database and it was learned many had received – and apparently returned – mailed ballots even though they no longer were eligible to vote in Nevada.
"Voter fraud is a serious federal felony, one that cuts to the heart of representative democracy," the lawyer told Fox. "We understand that these are serious allegations and we do not make them lightly."
An online statement about the fraud:
Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud. We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.

The evidence includes a "photo of a mail-in ballot from Washoe County, along with a caption that claimed four mail-in ballots were cast by voters under age 18, with one registered as a Democrat and three registered with no party affiliation."
"Father of a 17 yo who registered & received ballot thankfully contacted county re: his ineligibility," the statement said. "The Radical Left dreams to lower voting age but... they can’t legally vote!"
Also there was the claim from two people that the names of their deceased relatives were used to cast ballots.
"This should outrage all Nevadans," the Nevada GOP said.
In Nevada, election officials have been ordered to count ballots until next week, if they were postmarked by Election Day. Late Thursday officials said they still had about 200,000 in hand, mostly from the mail, to count, and an unknown number that might come in.
Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak, a Democrat, claimed his state is "widely recognized as being a leader in election administration."
The state remains one of few still outstanding in the 2020 election, a result that saw President Trump holding large leads after Election Day. Joe Biden's vote totals since then have increased, sometimes with odd surges of 130,000 votes at a time, since then.
President Trump had warned repeatedly that mail-in voting procedures are subject to fraud, even as Democrats around the nation expanded those strategies state-by-state. The party of the left has, since even before President Trump was inaugurated, has waged an unrelenting campaign to try to remove him from office, including last winter's failed impeach-and-remove effort by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
