(ENCA) A North West businessman wants his bribe money back.
In 2015, he says he was told to pay a so-called marketing fee to a middleman who claimed he had influence at the Rustenburg Local Municipality.
The man claimed he’d make sure the tender process was just a formality.
Now, the businessman fears for his safety.
