(TOWNHALL) – Dylan Mulvaney, a biological man who uses she/her pronouns, is making headlines once again for comments made in a TikTok video titled "Adult Bullies" from October 2022 as a launch for her "Days of Girlhood" podcast. The resurfaced clip, tweeted by Oli London and shared by Matt Walsh, has millions of views, and features the activist expressing that "I feel like that should be illegal" to misgender him.
"Like, the articles written about me using 'he' pronouns and calling me a man over and over again, I feel like that should be illegal," Mulvaney said in the video from last October, adding "I don't know, that's just bad journalism."

If "bad journalism," which is a particularly subjective term, should be "illegal," there would be lots of members of the press in jail then. It also goes fundamentally against the First Amendment.
