(MY NORTHWEST) – They say rain on your wedding day is good luck. But what about when your governor rolls back your county because of a global pandemic and your new phase doesn’t allow big gatherings? That’s good luck, too, but maybe it doesn’t feel like it now.

Pierce County is one of three counties that will roll back from Phase 3 to Phase 2 on Friday, April 16. Cowlitz and Whitman counties are also rolling back. Pierce County had a rate of 267.9 new cases and 6.4 hospitalizations when Inslee sent out a news release of the rollback on Monday.
