‘Antiracist’ college professor slammed for tweet celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s death

(WASHINGTON EXAMINER) – A college professor who describes herself as "antiracist" faced harsh criticism for wishing for Queen Elizabeth II to suffer as she died on Thursday.

Uju Anya, a professor at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, wrote the offending tweet on Thursday morning as news emerged of the queen's failing health. "I heard the chief monarch of a thieving raping genocidal empire is finally dying. May her pain be excruciating," Anya said, according to a screenshot published by the Daily Mail.

The tweet was deleted, apparently for violating Twitter rules, but that didn't stop a wave of criticism.
