(THE BLAZE) – A mom of two schoolchildren in Texas is fed up with what she calls woke "indoctrination" and has threatened to take state legislators to court if they ever approve teaching such indoctrination in Texas K-12 classrooms.
Gabrielle Clark claims she drove three hours to Austin and stayed overnight in a hotel she couldn't really afford in order to attend the public education meeting held by members of the Texas House of Representatives on June 26, 2022.
"If my daughter is taught CRT at all, I will sue you," Clark told the panel. "If my daughter is taught [social and emotional learning] at all, I will sue you. I am encouraging every parent I know to sue you, to sue every teacher, every principal, every system, everybody up the chain … because we're tired of y'all."
